Step by step
- Open the Sign PDF tool and choose your PDF.
- Draw your signature in the box with your finger or mouse. Press Clear to try again.
- Choose the page number, the position (bottom right, bottom left or centre) and the size.
- Press Start and download the signed PDF.
Tips
- Draw slowly in a large, clear stroke. It looks better when it is shrunk onto the page.
- Check the page number. Many forms have the signature box on the last page.
- This is an image of your signature. It is not a legal digital certificate, so check what the receiver accepts.

Is the signature stored anywhere?
No. It stays on your device and is not uploaded.
Is this legally binding?
Rules differ by country and by document. Ask the person you are sending it to whether an image signature is accepted.
