How to rotate PDF pages

Scanned pages sometimes come out sideways or upside down. Rotating fixes that so the document opens the right way up for everyone.

Step by step

Open the Rotate PDF tool and choose your PDF. Small pictures of the pages show how they look now.
Choose how to turn the pages: 90 degrees right, 180 degrees, or 90 degrees left.
Press Start and download the fixed file.

This tool turns all pages by the same amount. If only one page is wrong, use Split PDF to take that page out, rotate it, and Merge PDF to put everything back.
Check the preview pictures before you start so you pick the right direction.

Does rotating lower the quality?

No. The pages are only turned, not re-drawn.

Can I rotate just one page?

Not directly. Split the page out, rotate it, and merge it back.
